Training & Workshops

SEO training, GEO workshop and AI training for marketing teams

Practical training: SEO training, GEO workshop and AI in marketing – with real examples from your company and templates you can reuse.

Short answer

As lecturer and certified trainer I train teams practically in digital marketing – from SEO training and GEO workshop through content to sensible AI workshop marketing. We work on your real topics, not abstract slides. Knowledge stays in the team – with templates for immediate reuse and optional follow-up session.

Knowledge that stays in the team is often worth more than a single campaign. My trainings aren't theory lectures: we work on your content and challenges so what you learn lands in daily work and doesn't end as a slide folder.

I teach among others at WBS Akademie in adult education and bring that didactic experience into workshops, trainings, and keynote talks – online or on site by arrangement. The goal is operational confidence: understand SEO, place GEO, use AI productively without sacrificing quality and brand voice.

Whether SEO training for editorial and marketing, AI workshop marketing for content teams, or GEO workshop for visibility in AI answers: online marketing training must connect to your real assets. Only then does one session become lasting competence – and step by step sovereignty instead of external dependency.

Practice instead of dry theory

Most training fails at transfer into daily work. I take the opposite path: real examples from your company from the start. Instead of abstract models we work on content you actually need.

Participants take results with them: copy blocks, optimized pages, ready-to-use prompts, or an editorial plan. The training pays off immediately.

Online marketing training only works when it fits your processes. Which CMS do you use? Who writes, who approves? Which tools are allowed? We clarify these upfront – so the workshop doesn't produce theory for a foreign setup.

Didactics from adult education means: short impulses, then application, then review. Not 90 minutes of slides and ten minutes of exercise. That's how knowledge sticks – and teams leave with concrete next steps, not a PDF nobody opens.

SEO training: from understanding to implementation

SEO training must go beyond keywords. Teams should understand how search intent, page structure, internal linking, and measurable goals connect. We work on your domain: analyze one service page, set priorities, implement on-page levers – not on fictional example sites.

Typical flow: short impulse on basics, then joint page check, then optimization on a real URL. Optional local block with Google Business Profile, review process, and local landing pages – closely linked to SEO & Local SEO.

Advanced topics: content clusters, technical basics (crawlability, Core Web Vitals overview), reading Search Console, prioritization by impact. The goal isn't that everyone becomes an SEO pro, but that marketing and editorial speak the same language and SEO is no longer "the external project."

After training you have a priority list, optimized building blocks, and clear responsibilities. Follow-up after two to four weeks optional – then we look at what was implemented and where hurdles remain. That way SEO training doesn't become a one-off event but the start of a sustainable search routine in the team.

Topics that fit your team

Modules on SEO, content, and AI

Every team is at a different level. That's why I assemble content individually. Common focuses: SEO basics and advanced, AI Search & GEO, content and storytelling, practical AI use with quality gates.

The GEO workshop builds on that: difference between classic search and AI answers, citable answer blocks, schema and FAQ on real URLs, monitoring routines. Ideal as complement to AI Search & GEO when the team should think along instead of only watch.

The AI workshop marketing focuses on workflows: briefing, prompt stacks, quality gates, securing brand voice. No tool hype but productive use with clear limits – connected to AI content.

  • SEO & GEO: From basics to optimization for AI answers.
  • Content & storytelling: Content that stands out and reaches the target audience.
  • AI in marketing: Tools, workflows, and prompts for productive use – see also AI content.

Formats: workshop, training, or talk

Templates, checklists, and materials for reuse

Interactive workshops when you want to work concretely on content. Structured trainings when a topic needs solid teaching. Keynote talks to sensitize teams to topics like AI Search.

Most formats run online. For workshops on site is possible by arrangement.

Half-day workshop: one focus, one concrete result (e.g. optimized service page or prompt library). Full-day intensive: SEO training plus GEO workshop or AI workshop marketing combined. Keynote: 45–90 minutes for leadership, focus on classification and decision basis.

Hybrid is possible: impulse for everyone, then breakout for implementers. That way nobody is under- or over-challenged. Materials – checklists, templates, summaries – always belong so online marketing training doesn't end when the session ends.

Why training pays off

Building team competence and becoming more independent

External support is valuable but creates dependency. When your team masters basics, ongoing cost drops and implementation speed rises. You get support where it's really needed – e.g. at AI Search & GEO or SEO.

Especially with AI competence building is decisive: tools change fast; whoever understood principles stays connected.

Training pays off especially when several people work on marketing in parallel – editorial, leadership, sales. Shared terms, shared quality gates, shared priorities prevent each department doing its own "marketing."

Investment in competence is more plannable than permanent outsourcing. A GEO workshop or SEO training doesn't replace strategic consulting – but it reduces friction and speeds implementation when consulting or agency docks with you.

Example workshop flows

SEO intensive: search intent, page structure, on-page check on your domain, priority list and joint optimization of one service page. Optional local block with business profile and review process.

GEO & AI Search: SEO/GEO difference, build prompt set, write citable answer blocks, schema and FAQ on a real URL, set monitoring routine. Ideal complement to my service AI Search & GEO.

AI content: briefing template, prompt stack, quality gate, pilot article from keyword idea to approval. Team takes templates with them – connected to AI content & automation.

Formats can mix: half day impulse for leadership, full workshop for implementers, follow-up session after two weeks for review. Learning stays a process, not an event.

Upfront we clarify goals, group size, and prior knowledge. You get a clear offer – without off-the-shelf seminar kit. Inquiries via the contact form.

Good training changes not only knowledge but routines: who may approve? which prompt library is standard? how often is Search Console read? which GEO prompts are checked monthly? These operational questions belong in the workshop – otherwise the learning effect fizzles after two weeks.

For leadership a compact impulse is often enough: what does AI Search change in the marketing mix? where is investment worth it, where not? Implementers need hands-on. I cut the format so both groups take something away without one side bored or overwhelmed.

Training measurability is possible: before/after on real assets (one service page, one prompt set, one editorial plan), plus follow-up after 14–30 days. That turns a seminar into demonstrable competence gain – and step by step sovereignty instead of dependency.

When parallel implementation is needed, we combine training and delivery: the team learns, I implement the hardest parts with you. That's often more efficient than pure consulting or pure production alone.

Before every session we clarify learning goals in writing: what should run differently after the workshop? who is responsible? which assets do you bring (URLs, copy, brand guidelines)? That avoids generic slides and starts directly in your reality.

Online marketing training lives on follow-through: I recommend a short review session after 14–30 days – optional but effective. Then we discuss what was implemented, where it sticks, and whether a follow-up module makes sense. Learning doesn't end with the last slide.
